The Flip Man Tyrone Taylor - The Man I lost my First Deal With

I happened to catch a blog talk radio show by Vince Vegas and he was interviewing Tyrone Taylor. Mr. Taylor is the gentleman that I lost my first deal with. Since the property had a lien on it I don't think he wanted to move forward. I think it was a good lesson for both of us. However, listening to him and thinking about why I haven't moved forward yet got me to thinking and I sent Mr. Taylor an email yesterday or early this am - that I wanted to have a quick interview with him about the mindset of a wholesale real estate investor started out as a newbie and what that individual needs to be thinking in order to succeed. Well, I scheduled a call on Blog talk radio but messed on the time/date, etc. and missed the opportunity to interview Mr. Taylor. I will set it up again correctly and find someone else to interview. I will keep you posted.
