The Flip Man Tyrone Taylor

Hey Everyone, I'm really tired of not having done my first deal yet as a wholesale specialist and I'm going to move out of my comfort zone and let The Flip Man help me. I have come to the conclusion some time ago that if you want specialized knowledge you have to be willing and understand the value of paying for it if necessary. I think we have been conditioned to believe that if you pay for knowledge you are being scammed. Since I have been reading and studying my desired field, niche, etc.…See More

The Flip Man Tyrone Taylor - The Man I lost my First Deal With

I happened to catch a blog talk radio show by Vince Vegas and he was interviewing Tyrone Taylor. Mr. Taylor is the gentleman that I lost my first deal with. Since the property had a lien on it I don't think he wanted to move forward. I think it was a good lesson for both of us. However, listening to him and thinking about why I haven't moved forward yet got me to thinking and I sent Mr. Taylor an email yesterday or early this am - that I wanted to have a quick interview with him about the…See More

Simone Hardy replied to Steve Borgman's discussion 'REO questions from a newbie'
From one newbie to another, how much is the earnest money? if it is too much to put out of your own pocket then find a buyer who is willing to do so. 2nd question: You should be able to write it in your contract as a contingency that you be able to…

How I Lost My First Deal

I attempted my first deal and this is what happened. I was bound and determined to get a property that I saw was abandoned and do my first deal and get a check for $5k. I researched the property and found the seller. I sent the seller a letter using a different color envelope suggested by Rachel Young of Big Cheese Marketing. I received a call from the seller. There were two sellers on the property. They were ready to sell. That was the first time I typed up a contract according to the examples…See More
