So Anyway, I did google you and Preston. Good stuff you got there. Let's keep in touch exchanging ideas. I would love to learn some more tips from you guys. I'm thinking about getting Ely's ebook. Would you recommend it? The market here is good if you have an investor with cash. Is that the basic way to wholesale? I do have a friend with a good cashflow. What I do is an equity acceleration program helping people pay down their mortgages 20 years faster and all their debt along with it. If you know anyone with a good mortgage still in your area let me know. You may be able to offer this service to your buyers down the road for extra cash or some of your investors. It works for multiple properties as well. There is also a way to make residuals too if that's your game. If you are into just investing only that's cool too. If you send me a person that is interested, I run a free analysis to see how much we can save them, they end up getting on the system, I will send you a finders fee of sorts. Free cash for you just for networking. Or you can make a lot more yourself, in your chosen field and still not take much time from what you are doing now. Sounds good doesn't it?
