if you want to find buyers fast you could i.e. post an ad online (Handyman Special, cash, cheap, call....), and if people respond, tell them that the house you had for sale is sold already. But then you ask them, if they want to be notified the next time you have that kind of deal available. I never did it this way, but then I didn't need to. I hooked initially up with an investor and marketed/sold his cheap wholesale-priced properties (either for cash or on owner financing terms).
