Hi,

I am a new Investor and I'm interested in doing wholeselling to start off. Does anyone have any tips or tricks of the trade? I also would like to know if anyone has info on Hard Money Lenders?

Hi Jeanne, I'm a newbie too but I have attempted and lost my first deal. Since I'm still feeling the sting of that loss and have had some time to think about what I would have done differently, I would go back out and find another deal and partner with someone who has more experience that yourself and can take you through the process step-by-step so you will learn and then you can grow your own legs.

For hard money lenders I would subscribe to the scotsman guide (it's free) and they have listings of hard money lenders across the country. Their website is www.scotsmanguide.com. I hope that helps. Peace & Blessings, Simone
