Hi! I am new to this site and I saw your discussion concerning needing money to do short sales. Have you had any success as of yet? I am part of an organization that provides what is called "Transactional Funding" to do your deals and provide you with a "Proof Of Funds" Letter for the seller's lender with whom you are negotiating to buy the property. Any help on soft money or private funds to take out short term hard money loans?

I saw your post. Are you looking for "Transactional Funding"? I am part of an organization that provides "Transactional Funding" to do your deals and provide you with a "Proof Of Funds" Letter and a "Loan Commitment for the seller's lender with whom you are negotiating to buy the property when doing a short sale or buying an REO. You can also use our funds for your regular deals.
