Hi, Sam I don't really understand the program IS IT dealing with notes? Or is it just for A to B transactions? Can you use this for holding properties and renting them or lease options? Your input would be greatly appreciated thanks. Chiconya

Hey Chiconya here is the link that tells you everything about the program http://ownerfinancingsource.com/letter . You can use this to buy and hold however the LTV for investors is only 80% hope this helps. Check out the website for more detail
